Nose bleed
Submitted by DiMaggio The Bi... on December 12, 2011 - 10:24pmThis evening DiMaggio was chasing our cat and he misjudged running through a doorway and hit the door frame with his face. The impact resulted in a nose bleed but it was over as quickly as it started.
Should I be worried? He's acting normal...wanting to chase the cat again.
watch him and listen to his breathing
Bullies have a tendency to "hide" injuries. But if he's acting ok and you don't see any more bleeding and his breathing does not sound any different I'd venture to guess that he's probably no worse for the wear.
I'd just watch his nasal discharge for any more blood and if he coughs up anything be sure to check it for blood as well.
You know your bully best, and if you notice any changes I'd recommend you take him to your vet just to be sure he did not hurt anything in a significant way.

How is he feeling this morning?
If he's still okay, I wouldn't worry about it. If you notice any wierd behavior, take him in to be checked.
