My Bully has Staph on her Feet

Tried prescription stuff, tried neosporin, use anti itch dip on the feet, it's still there and creeping up her paws. She's 10-years old, still walks a bunch everyday, great appetite (as usual). Help!
Your Vet needs to do a culture of the staph
To make sure they give you the right antibiotics. Some staph is antibiotic resistant and takes a long time to clear up. But, antibiotics are the only thing that will stop staph.
