Medicated Shampoos and Staph

My boys paws have become increasing red. He is almost 12 now and I believe his allergies have gotten worse with age. Can anyone recommend a shampoo that helps fight staph?Also, he is getting tears stains. He has never had them before. Should I be worried?

unfortunately. It says right on it "antibacterial soap" . It came from the vets office.

My vet prescribed "Sebulux" shampoo

and to bath him 3x/week at first, then every week, then every 2 weeks. Cured the issue for good. I love that stuff. The coat is shiny and squeeky clean and I know he felt so much better. No more itchies either. Not sure if it is available in the States, I am your Canadian neighbour.
