little red bumps on bulldogs head

not his chin his head? are they kinda scabbish and the hair easily falls out..? Those could be hot spots. pretty common in bulldogs. usually an allergy or some kind of yeast...
rex has had them too
he gets little red bumps that itch him. i call them hives, they dont turn into hot spots on him. i think i read some where that bumps on their heads is related to food allergies. it seems that way with rex. he also gets them on his legs and his back sometimes when he gets something he shouldnt (like treats from well meaning UPS drivers).
