My 8 year old baby bullie licks his front right leg constantly when he is awake. He has a red stain that will not wash off. My vet has no answer. Anyone know what I can do to help him.

A fungal infection. If so, that can be kind of itchy. I would worry about lick granulomas if he keeps at it. Maybe try washing with a vinegar solution? It couldn't hurt...
Good luck!

Sophia licks her legs after being outside in teh grass...she is allergic to grass. She also does it when she is stressed out. She will usually calm down and stop it if I give her a Benadryl, but I only give them if I absolutely have to.
