Kippah woke up with Bumps all over

Got Kippah up to take her outside before I left for work and she has bumps all over.  They are mostly on one side, not red under the hair, but a couple that are on her face are red of course.  She has some clusters.

Possibilities:

Spider bite

Fabric Softner reaction (could have been on her bedding that she has had in her kennel since Fri night)

Reaction to sedative from Sat morning eye surgery?

I gave her a benedryl, set my sons alarm clockfor him to check on her in 2 hours, and made him wake up and see what she looked like right now.  Told him to look for congestion, or swollen face (which she does not have at all right now)

No change in foods.  She had a bath Friday--and that was with a shampoo we have not used before, but nothing else topical since Friday.

Any suggestions?

clarification

This is not a small little bumpy rash, they are bumps that show up most under the white hair.....I guess I would call it hives.  most big ones are about as big around as an eraser head, there are a couple that are bigger than that, and then some smaller

I did have my daugter remove the bedding from her kennel and put a towel that I knew did not have fabric softener in it.

My guess is allergic reaction

My guess is allergic reaction to some type of insect bite.  Oliver had all these bumps show up on his hind legs.  Then a few days later we noticed he had this big lump in his mouth.  Vet thinks he must have gotten stung in the mouth and the bumps were the allergic reaction which makes a lot of sense since he likes to try to chase bees.  Benadryl for a couple of days.

Agree that it is

hives and likely an allergic reaction to something.  But it is very hard to tell what it could be from.  You have mentioned several things, but it is so hard to tell sometimes.  If she is hot,  red and ichy and noticeably puffy then a vet visit is in order or starts having any breathing trouble.  If she just has hives then keep giving benadryl and watch her.  The hives will likely clear up in 24 hours.  It could also be food related.  Check her tummy for redness.
