I'm so sorry

I'm sorry to hear about your boy.  I know it's hard, but I guess the best thing I can suggest right now is what you're doing now.  Spending time with him & making him as comfortable as possible.  I often say it's just not fair that they can't talk to us to tell us when something is wrong.  It would make so many things so much easier!

Sending lots of hugs!

Jen

I don't know how to deal with this kind of situation either

somehow, ya just muddle through it. I've had so much experience and each one is so different and it never gets easier.

My heart goes out to you and your pal.

I'm so sorry

It's a tough situation. Just try to enjoy the time you have left with him and give him lots of love. But, be prepared to help him cross over if it's necessary.

This is so hard

I lost my Chester throat cancer a year ago December.  He had a huge tumor in his throat that was preventing him from breathing properly.  He had surgery and we were able to buy him some time, but our wonderful vet couldn't get all of it out.  Chester let us know when it was time to crossover and your dog will also.  It is very difficult but you don't want them to suffer.  Good luck to you.
