interdigital cysts

I think Makenzie has interdigital cysts, but having never had a bully that had one, I'm not sure.  Does anyone have a pic of one or a vivid description of what one looks like they can share with me?  Then if that is what it is, what is the best treatment?

They look like a small to medium red bump...

between the toes.   We use Preparation H on them three times a day and they usually go away in two or three days.
