im freaking out......help
Submitted by ccw0419 on October 1, 2011 - 3:00pmMy english bulldog is 55 days pregnant and she is having a pink discharge.........What does this mean? Is this the start of labor? She is due for a c-section next week. Her has been 99 degrees for 12 hours now, is this normal?
My advice...call your vet asap!

Discharge
They can have some discharge and a pink color wouldn't worry me. If it is yellow or greenish with an odor then that is a problem. Is the discharge minimal?
Typically the first signs of labor are panting and nesting. The temp has not really dropped to much. What is her normal base temp? Don't panic.
But call the vet just to feel more assured.
