Bulldogs World

Around 10:30 tonight (don't these things always happen at night!!), Stella started reverse sneezing over and over.  She would then regular sneeze and phlegm came out of her nose.  She breathing is a bit louder than usual, although not labored or anything.  She is also clearing her throat a lot.  I shot some lemon juice down her throat, which seemed to help a bit.  But she's still doing it on occasion and having a bit of a hard time settling.

Any ideas?  Remember, my girl is almost 11.  I'm a bit paranoid (OK a lot) about pneumonia or something like that.
