Just spoke to an elderly woman whose father was a vet. She told me that her father always said, if the dog has black UNDERNEATH his tongue that means it is aggressive. I don't think there is any merit at all to this claim, how can there be? Have never heard of anything like it before. Just kinda blew my mind LOL For the heck of it I'll have to look under Onslows tongue when I get home.
I am going to check Zoey and Cain....
let me see....
Zoey - nope
Cain - nope
lol....I wonder if that is like an dog with 1 blue eye and the other color is always deaf. Or that an all white dog goes deaf in older age. hm....
Oliver has 1 blue ey and 1 brown eye
and he is not deaf, but his sister who also has one blue eye and 1 brown eye and is completely white is deaf. I know of plenty of dogs who have the same color eyes are deaf, too. So hogwash, on that part of it.
Kim, Remy Le Beau, Lord Sebastian, and Sir Oliver
LOL
Isn't that a weird statement. Glad they don't have any black. hahahaha
Ridiculous ~~ I Have One ~~ From a vet
that was Norberts breeder. He said bulldogs don't have anal glands. LOL!
Oh and another vet that I used when I first moved to Seattle told me that Cleo's nose rope would go away as she got older. Now mind you I knew that was a totally ridiculous statement. Cleo infact has a huge nose rope. I have not used that vet since. LOL
