Hey guys, need some help for a friend

I got a message today about a health issue with a friend who looks after a bullie...was wondering if anyone could help

this is what she sent me

"Nick, the picture I posted is the Bulldog I take care of (Frank the Tank) he just turned two. He seems to have seizures, but its only his head the convulses. His eyes roll back at first, but then he is aware and his head is still convulsing. It eventually stops. His parents took him to the vets who said it was a "bulldog thing" have you ever known other bulldogs that do this?"

Sounds like head shakes

sometimes low sugar is the cause from what i understand.  Honey or Karo Syrup may help if she gives that to him when he has the episodes.

The owner will need to have him checked to make sure its not regular seizures.  Good luck.

Definitely

IMO head shakes.  Seen them before and although scary it seems to do no harm to the dog.  Sometimes they continue and sometimes they disappear.  Good luck with your baby.  I always gave some yogurt or ice cream which seems to help it pass quicker.
