we treat it by putting Preparation H on it three times a day and try not to let them lick it. Some people prefer to soak in Epsom salts, but my guys won't stand still with their feet in water. Or you could use plain bleach, I believe it's 1 cup to 1 gallon of water. Prep H is the easiest, dried them up in about 3 days. Use either method, but don't do them all at the same time, the soaks do the opposite of the Prep H.
Ok thanks I'm going to get a cone and some prep H. Last night I spent over an hour trying to get to him to fall asleep with the wrap on. I finally gave up and fell asleep. He still had the wrap on this morning until I left the room.

Besides the options mentioned by Kathy I find that if I give Winston 2 Benadryl (1mg of medicine per pound of weight) it helps him relax and not lick his paw quite so much while the cyst runs its course and clears up.
That looks like an interdigital cyst...

Benadryl works wonders!
