One week old puppy.
I don't have knowledge on that issue but I thought I'd title it as one week so a breeder will comment. Good luck!
If you have a vet in the area with any experience in Bulldogs...
Call them right away. You need help with this one. Is this a pup bred by you? Is the mother not producing milk? How often are you feeding, and how much at a time?

yes, bred by me, the mom is
yes, bred by me, the mom is producing milk just fine and feeding the rest of the litter, its just this one who doesnt want to eat. Im feeding her puppy formula every 2 hrs with the syringe. Ive called the vet and they say theres nothing they can do, go figure, so looking for any suggestions.
you may lose the battle but
massage the butt with warm water....untill a little pee or poop appears...if you have not been doing this each and every time....she may be gassey air bubble....do like you would a reg baby on the shoulder light taps till you get a burp...make sure the temp is up...cold puppies fade fast...this is about all i can say not being their or understanding the situation....mothers push sick puppies away..so their may be some thing going on internally we dont know about!!!
and second find another vet...or tell the receptioist to get off her ass and get a vet on the phone.....to help you...
this is beyond a message board....
you need to get to a vet....newborns dont just stop eating unless their is a medical reason.....is she cold? are your temps up....get to a vet....
I firmly agree with Judy. You need to get her to a vet.
If your vet won't help, find one that will.

What all are you monitoring when you
feed the puppy? Sounds like the pup could be a ineffective nurser. And if that is the case you should potty and warm her like the others and offer her formula to get fluid in her. But you should also be monitoring her wait before and after each feeding to ensure that she is gaining weight. Also if the puppy has suction power let her nurse on mom because that is going to help her get the suckling down.

I agree she needs to be seen by the vet....But sometimes they don't have the answers either. They will teach you how to tube feed her which may be necessary by now. You can also dip the tip of the bottle in some karo syrup and give it to her. This helped my puppy dramatically when I had that problem. Feed her a little bit hourly till she gets the hang of it. Why isn't mom feeding her? Good luck
