Heat rash or alergic reaction?

Just wondering if anyone has come across what looks to be some sort of rash all around your bullies penis. I just noticed today that Ernie has this all around his. It doesn't seem to bother him to touch it nor have I noticed any difference in his behavior... Any suggestions?? Thanks in advance!

I just dust it with gold bond medicated powder. Be careful not to get any inside the opening though. I could be a heat rash or contact dermatitis, maybe he's allergic to something he lays on. Newman gets a rash from grass on his belly.

I'm doubting that it would be from something he lies on just cause it is only around the lower half of his belly and not all over... But hey you could still be right... Looks like a vet visit is in our future! Thanks

I have found that diaper ointment cleared that up also overnight! Its helped with his cyst between toes, a little also. He hates it when I put it in his wrinkles but it also works keeping that area dry. I think its MAGIC!

had a rash on his private parts in addition to bumps on his back. turned out to be pyoderma. Best to be safe then sorry. Hope he feels better.

My bully had a rash in that area, and I panicked at first cuz I thought it was ringworm. But found out it was grass allergy. It was red ring w/a little dot, and one had a small blister. If that helps?
