Bulldogs World

I know there was a ton posted on the old BDW but when I search not much pops up.  So coming to you all for some advice.  Oliver is 15 months old, he is on Wellness Core Ocean.  All of a sudden he has started having head tremors.  The first time I gave him some kibble it stopped, the last few times I have given him honey and it stops.  It has always stopped right after I have him food, perhaps it is the distraction I am not sure.  I have never noticed him having them before yesterday and now he has had a few.  I don't believe they know the cause of them, correct?  Should I call my vet and get some blood work, etc. done?  Any other advice?
