hannah is avoiding jumping off couch or stairs or bed..?? i don't know what
Submitted by candacecom on January 30, 2012 - 11:24pmi don't know ofan incident that could have caused her to get hurt but obviously she is avoiding stairs somewhat and not running around or jumping ...it appears her back right leg or hip maybe the problem ...has anyone had a problem with this type of injury im going to take her back to vet ..i had her in for blood in urine ...im just worried this is related in some way ...she is on antibiotic and urine is clear now ...but now she is not active like normally...does this sound familiar to anyone ...if she hurt her leg or hip how are these types of things treated ??

It's probably a good thing she isn't jumping.

If she injured it she will need crate rest meaning strict crate rest 24/7 and out to walk on a leash. ACL and Miniscus tears take several months of crate rest....Good luck and let us know what the dr. said!

suddenly she is doing fine and seems normal...i have appt.. tomorrow .....i sure hope its not something where she has to be crated ...
