Hello, Im new to this site. I have a 3 year old male english bulldog. The other day my mom took him a bath outside, and 2 days ago he broke out with this. Has anyone had this problem??

I think it was some kind of fungal or mold infection. Your dogs looks pretty bad, you might need some antibiotics to clear it up. You could try cleaning it with peroxide and when it's dry, dust it with gold bond medicated powder.

Dolly had just had eye surgery and her E-collar caused this. Had no idea what caused it but she could not get rid of it and after a bit it was fading but took some time....

I agree with Kathy. He needs to see the vet.

I agree. I would get this cleaned well....
With peroxide and mild soap, then rinse it extremely well. Really, really rinse it!! Dry well, then try a little Gold Bond powder on the area.
