GRAIN FREE bully food
Submitted by 12598 on October 7, 2010 - 2:16pmMy bully has grain allergy, and i have him royal canine for a 1 year and then he became itchy a year later, i then gave him canadaie for about 2 years then after 2 years he was itchy again, i recently changed to benefuk and OMG its been 2 months of itchy. any suggestions on food that is not Wellness, or natural balance that gave him a loose stool. Lots of grain free out there. A few brands...
California Natural, Evo, Natures Recipe, Taste of the Wild, lots of others. Good luck...there are many of us with itchy bullies.

YUP tons of Grain Free options. I feed grain free as well.
Was doing TOTW but it gave Farley head shakes (we think, not proven), we were doing Kirkland Lamb and Rice but the dogs started flaring so we needed to go back to grain free. Costco sells a Salmon Sweet Potato Grain Free that has been awesome for us. Nature's Domain. At with two dogs that both eat grain free and both over 50#'s, we only pay $27 bucks a bag for a 35# bag. Not too shabby on costs. I am sure it's not the *best* but it's the best we can do right now and it works for us.
TOTW now has a lamb based grain free..
We switched Newman to it three days ago and already his tear stains are going away. He was on Eukanuba before. The Costco brand is a good one, Ollie and Chester were on it for a while. I think it's good to switch every 6 months or so, but we always do grain free. My vet can't get over how good my guys coats are.
