Food Choices

After have some issues with Purina I have switched 10 month Gemma to Royal Canine Junior. It has been about a week and she seems starved most of the time..she is 25 kgs and i'm giving her 4 cups per day. My only only food choice in China is Eukanuba. I hate to switch her again but anyone have an opinion as to which is better? The Royal Canine seems to be causing her MUCH more gas than normal.

Thanks!

Do they have Royal Canin Bulldogs 24?

If they do, you can switch over to that. It is an adult dog food, but I fed it very successfully to Sophia for a couple of years from the time she was quite young. If gas is an issue, I would try feeding a tablespoon of plain, fat free yogurt in each meal. Also, maybe spread the meals out to 3 times a day so puppy isn't as hungry. At 10 months, 4 cups seems like a lot. I was down to 2 cups twice a day by the time Sophia was a year old. It depends on the dog though. Give it time, it may be the new food just tastes better and puppy is liking it well enough to be hungry for it!

I'll check on the 24 kind. I

I'll check on the 24 kind. I just bought a small bag to see if she liked it. She for sure LOVES it, she eats it faster than the other kind she had before. When I said 4 cups I meant that in total for the whole day, 2 in the am and 2 at 5 pm. I'm trying not to give her too much, she has packed on the lbs since she got fixed 2 months ago. I may try the yogurt as well. Thanks! :)
