Food causing immediate bowl movements?

I have switched Fatboy on a new brand of food that's working really good for him so far.  The only thing I noticed is that it causes him to poop and pee IMMEDIATELY after he eats.  Usually in the mornings I would only have to take him out after he wakes up to pee.  Then he'd eat (kibble when we had him on it), sleep, play, sleep, then finally have to go outside for #2 a few hours later.

But now it's wake up, outside to poop and pee, eat breakfast, poop and pee right after, then go about his day as normal.  Sometimes he can't hold it in and has accidents inside.  I initially thought he might have had a UTI but then the pooping became a problem.  And this all happened when we changed foods.

Thoughts?

add a tablespoon of pumpkin

remember...kibble has built in stool firmer....thats what half the chemicals are for...are you using honest kitchen ?? maybe cut back the water  amount a little.....soft stools are nromale...my dogs have all sorts of stools.....you have to remember the dog food companies have trained you for small firm stools not nature.....

as for peeing that is not connected to the food...he just pees when he poops.....

and in general how is he doing   on this new food.....

He's doing great on HK! I've never seen him react

so well with any dog food before.  I didn't know kibble had stool firmer in it.  However I did notice when the mixture of HK had less water in it the frequency/urgency wasn't as bad as when it has more moisture.  But other than this minor issue he's had an overall great experience.  He's excited, I'm excited....even my husband is excited over the food =P
