My puppy is not fixed. She is eating her food alot slower then usual and throwing up everything I give her. I think she might be going into heat but I'm not totally sure. She hasnt pooped at all today either. Should I be worried? Or just assume she is going into heat?

I'd be more concerned with
I'd be more concerned with your puppy having an upset stomach than with her possibly starting a heat cycle.
Try witholding food for 12 hours and then begin feeding her small amounts of bland food (cooked rice and hamburger or chicken) to see if her tummy can handle it. You can also feed her some plain yogurt, it will ease her stomach.
The signs of a heat cycle are usually a swollen tushy that gets bigger over about a week's time, then small amounts of blood appear. As the cycle progresses there will be more bloody discharge. A normal heat cycle lasts about 3 weeks, she may or may not have any personality changes. I find that some of my girls slip in their house training on their 1st heat, I'm sure it feels weird to them.
Throwing up and not pooping would make me very concerned
about a possible blockage. And I would be calling my vet. Is it possible she ate something that she should not have?

Blockage
would be my first concern if they are throwing up and not pooping, especially if she is straining to poop. I have never seen a puppy get those symptoms for a heat cycle.
I would be taking her to the vet asap. 12 hours and this puppy could be dead if it's a blockage.
whats her temp??? color of gums???
their are alot of things it could be...blockage...hormones....pyo (infection of the uterus) not eating not pooping....you need to check the temp the color of her gums....and their refill time.....if still uncertain call a vet......
