Ear cleaner question

My vet recommended it & I just tried to order it online, but every website says its on backorder from the manufacturer. Just wanted to see if anyones uses this or if anyone has had a good experience with a different ear cleaner. Oscars ears get very yeasty & I clean them & put Otomax in them. Any suggestions??

Used this on a dog of mine with cronic ear issues and it really did a nice job. (he got into our pond and I didn't get his ears fully cleaned/dried out and he developed ear infections that got out of control)
I have also not been able to find it for a while so have tried several other ear cleaners and like the Vet Solutions brand and also Aloecetic cleaner. My dog's ears are very swollen so I use a treatment with 1% hydrocortosone in it after cleaning. All these are availble from catalog and online vet supply places.
