Dry crusty nose

I dont think they had Bonnie on a good food. We put her on Royal canin bulldog 24. She was shedding greatly and the gas was unbearable. But I also noticed her nose was very dry and crusty, it had like a red crust. Is such a dry nose common? After wrinkle duty, i took care and wiped her nose, not her favorite part of the night, they crusty stuff came off, but its still very dry.

You can use anything like, Bag Balm, Aquaphor, Vaseline, Vitamin E...etc. I prefer Aquaphor myself, rub it in well. They will lick and lick and lick, but after 2 or 3 days the nose will be pretty n/ black and the crusties come off very easy.
