You can clean the wound/wounds really well with warm, soapy water. Rinse it off well. Dry it, then apply hydrogen peroxide. After that is dry, you can use Neosporin on the wounds to keep infection out. You need to keep the wound/s clean though. There will most likely be slight swelling at the spot of injury, and that is very normal. If you see pus, you need to get in to see someone before Monday as that is indicative of infection. Don't want that to happen! As well as it is in a location with good drainage you should be ok with what I have said to do.
Sophia gets bites every so often if she is in a bad mood and goes after my Doberman girl. Kora will latch on to Sophie and and Sophia winds up with several puncture wounds. I treat tehm as I have just stated. If I get worried I call in to my vet and get an antibiotic prescription for a week.
A couple of things.
