Diarrhea and Vomiting

Since then the diarrhea has continued and last night she vomited the chicken and rice she had for dinner. During the day today she still has diarrhea and vomited an orangy yellow liquid this afternoon. I called the vet..they tech said to hold off on food until she can talk to the vet and get back to me. Does anyone have advice for me? Thanks!
hold any food....
put some ice cubes for her to lick.....sounds like she got into some thing that is casuing what we call a garbage gut.try baby food its not so hard to digest as rice and will sit on the tummy easier..
but wait till morning...unless she starts to get worse...if she throws up water blood in vomit wont move go to the er....
I would start offering
Pedialyte/store brand nonflavored. Pick up two bottles when you go to the store. Watch that baby like a hawk. Chumlee just got home from the hospital but his symptoms changed very fast last night. He was limp, wouldn't move had to be carried, I honestly thought I was losing my baby. He sleeps in our room at night, I don't know if yours does or not but you might want to do that tonight.

Thanks for the advice she is fdoing much better today. So glad Chumlee is feeling better..that must have been so scary!
