my also had mange as a puuppy
my also had mange as a puuppy and the vet treated her with ivermectin for the first dose but she was allergic to it then they tried an experimental cream btwn the shoulder blades. i think i still have the ivermectin if you want it i can mail it to you?.... let me look to see if i still have it.
What are you using
I've had 1 get Demodex as a puppy and I used Ivermection orally over a period of about 6-8 weeks and it cleared it up.
There is a list of vets by state on the home page...
maybe there is one near you there.
Not sure where in CT you are
but if you are on the southeast side, we use Turco Animal Hospital in Westerly RI. Dr. Tucker is awesome. Good luck! Onslow had it as a pup and he too was on oral ivermectin for a number of months. They should be giving you a special shampoo too.
