I quit using it when I moved into smaller space. She had it until she was three, and the only reason I don't use it now is space. It was wonderful when she was a puppy. I never had her out of the crate unless I was in the room with her. It made potty training extremely simple. I didn't use the big wire ones until she got bigger, because when I got her as a pup, about 8 weeks, she got her teeth caught in the wires. They like to be in smaller quarters when they are little, so I kept graduating to a bigger one as she grew.
Was wondering how Daisy is doing after the vet today. Also, for general questions, you may want to post on the general board. You would get a quicker response.

Tonka is only 11wks old and he is already crate trained. He will even go in there and chew on his toys by himself. We also crate our boxers. It gives them a "safe" place to go.
Kofi always loved her crate.

Kofi still slept with me. I always put a treat in her crate
when it was time for her to go in. It's nice to have a place that they can feel secure. Just don't give her that option at night.
You can still post in general. I'm sure you'll get lots of advice there, but things can be slower on the week-ends.
