Tank hasn't pooped in almost three days. We haven't switched his food, and he is still eating and drinking normally. Should I be taking him to the vet?

If he is straining to go then I would probably take him to the vet. Does he look bloated or is he gasey? You can try pumpkin or yogurt to try and get his bowels moving. Have you tried taking him on a good walk? How old is he? What are you feeding?
I would be a little concerned due to the length of time he hasn't pooped....that is not normal.

He's not trying. He's peeing okay, and I increased his walks from half and hour to an hour and still nothing. He's gasey, but that's pretty normal. 16Mos, and right now he's on PurinaOne Lamb and Rice. I tried calling the vet and they said as long as he's drinking water he's fine. What kind of yogurt do you suggest?

You can also sprinkle a little metamucil on his food
I too would be concerned after this length of time.
