Chin pimples

Hello last week we switched our bulldogs food to deal with his allergys and watery eyes. It worked good. Also we gave him benadryl just to help. I have not gave him benadryl for the past 2 days and now he has alot of red pimples on his chin. With the old food he would get one once in a while but nothing serious.

So my question is, Is the new food doing this ? ? Im so lost right now =[

Thanks =]

i know this sounds strange,

i know this sounds strange, but bullys are super sensitive to plastics.   If higgins comes anywhere near an arrowhead bottle or drinks the water, he will break out.  pimples all over the chin...  Its hard because they are so delicate.  One time I changed my clothing soap and higgy had hives  from just lying next to me.

Very Likely

it could be the food. Especially if that is the ONLY thing you have changed.

Do you feed with stainless bowls as well as water bowls and do you clean the face and chin after water drinking and eating?

Also how old is your dog?  Puppies are prone to juvenile acne.

Is there a higher source of oils (ie Omega 3 or 5) in this food compaired to the other. Are you feeding dry kibble? Do you add stuff or wet food?

One of ours had this when she was younger but they seem to have gone away.

May have been the plastic chew toys (which she chews on less now), her food has stayed the same since day one.
