Someone told me that she puts mom on it from the first day of insemination and wanted to know if this is done regular. They said think how unclean the vets office is when they open her up to do the surgical. Also when nursing babies they so often get mastitis.... Feelings anyone?
Ceph after delivery
I don't know how common it is to start this at date of insemination. Haven't heard that before. I have been given the Ceph to take home and give after delivery, but wonder if it might make sense to start it a day or two before delivery and plan to ask the vet about this next time.
