Bumps

Small raised bumps keep appearing on Cooper's back. One day they are on his side the next on his back. There has been no hair loss. No redness and it seems like they dont bother him. He looks "lumpy" What could this be?? We have only had him for 3 weeks and it seems to come and go. He is eating Lamb/rice Kirkland brand food. Any ideas??

Bumps

Too funny....I was told he was on Pedigree so the Kirkland has got to be better then that right?? But I guess it may be the protein source. I thought Lamb was pretty safe...I need to be somewhat economical since we have 2 bullies now. Any food suggestion??? Thanks so much.....

You might chicken

instead of the lamp. Some dogs don't do well on lamb, I've been told it's a hot protein (whatever that might mean). My sister had a springer that would get terrible hot spots on lamb.

Maybe Purina One Chicken and Rice for another economical brand to try.  I also understand Purina is coming out with a no grain kibble, not sure if it's in the stores yet.

Is he having any hair loss?

Thanks

I have heard Costco now carries a grain free called Natures Domain. I may see if ours has it. I havent ever owned a dog with any skin issues so Im clueless. Are the grains supposed to cause them?? I definetly stay away from the corn/wheat/soy fillers. I will check the ingredient list for the chik/rice.
