Try bathing her in a medicated shampoo either for dogs or the human stuff. Look for a shampoo with Miconazole or Ketoconazole in it. Something else to try that might be easier to find is the Main and Tail brand horse shampoo 'Pro-Tec'. I found it at Tractor Supply. You will likely need to bathe the dog 2-3 times a week for about 2 weeks to tackle the problem if it is a skin issue.
Of course I'm assuming you have ruled out other things like an infection in skin folds on her face, tail, armpits, ears, etc. or a problem in her mouth like broken teeth or debris stuck in there, and the possibility of a urinary tract infection, or vaginal infection.

Have you always been on a food with salmon in it? If so it's the fish. I feed my bullies a diet that has salmon in it and they have a funky smell on them. I only noticed it go away when they were off that food. We use a leave in conditioner that covers the smell but that eventually wears off.
