Boosting immunity after surgery ?

Hi everyone!  Cooper is having his cruciate ligament repaired on Oct 12,  and I know he will be going home on antibiotics etc.  He has only been on an antibiotic once before and he got  a bad yeasty ear infection afterwards.  So, I was wondering what I might give him to prevent this and boost his immune system during recovery. He currently gets salmon oil, teaspoon of plain yogurt and glucosamine in his food.  I did'nt know if i Should add more probiotics, vitamin c etc?  He weighs 58 lbs and is 2 1/2 years old. Thanks again. I am just hoping for a smooth recovery :)

i would drop the

pet  tabs...take a good look at what their made of their is no benefit at all.... other wise the rest is ok if you feel he needs them...

I agree with Judy

seems like he is getting what he needs.

Certainly looks healthy. Make sure to keep his weight down, before and after surgery. It's very easy for them to gain after surgery because of the lack of activity.

Good luck, gorgeous dogs.
