Blood in stool
Submitted by gertiesmom on February 17, 2011 - 2:38amAfter our evening walk tonight I noticed a blood smear on Gerties so I went and checked her poop and sure enough there was blood in it. She is 8 eyars old and this is the first time this has happenned - what would cause this? I bagged the poop to bring to the vet tomorrow but i am nervous and hoping someone might have an idea of what caused this.
