Bleeding Gums

Hi this is my first post, I have Two bulldogs mugsy a male ,he is 2 years old,and Daisy a female who is 1 year old. The problem i am having is both of them have bleeding gums, both are drooling a very thick saliva are both lethargic and just not themselves. They come from different breeders, and they have had all there shots including the leptosparosis. They had same thing 1 month ago we took them to the vet and he kept them overnight to give them i.v.fluides and run some tests. All tests came back normal he tested for leptosparosis, rat poisin, and some tick that can cause these symptoms. He gave them something to help them clot,an antibiotic and another i cant remember right now.Well anyway he said d/c all meds when test came back ok.Here we are 3 weeks later and it is all starting again. We have an appointment with a diffrent Dr. one who specializes in Bullys later today. I am at my witts end. Has anyone ever expierenced this or heard of this before? One other thing i forgot to mention is i have 2 other dogs which are cockaliers and they have no problems at all only the Bullies. Please help!

I've heard that the lepto vaccine can cause bad side effects...

possibly that's what is going on?
