We get to pick up our new baby bullie next Saturday and have been researching what is the best food. We are leaning towards Natural Balance Rice and Lamb for puppies but wanted other opinions. Any suggestions?

I fully Agree with onlslow's momma , Find out what the breeder has been feeding the puppy and then buy that ! Changing food drastically when you get your new little fur baby will quite possibley make him/her sick , thus making the transition into your new home even harder for all of you ! Whatever they are used to if it's working is deffinatly the best !

we put all our guys on adult food at 4 or 5 months of age. So get the puppy home and transitioned for a month or so and then slowly change to an adult food. Puppy food has too much protein and calories for our breed. Also, if possible, wait until 7 or 8 months for the rabies shot so as not to stress the pup too much.
I put wrong name...
Sorry, correct brand we are looking at is Nutro - Natural Choice Lamb and Rice for Puppies
No need to change if the food is working
for the puppy (I kept mine on what the breeder fed until I realized it was giving him loose stools) My motto, if it ain't broke don't fix it.
I agree With Onslow's momma

They only need to be on puppy food for a short time...
