Anyone else feeding Blue Buffalo Wilderness Salmon and having issues?

All of my bullies have been on this food for a while now (over 6 months) but have recently starting getting tons of eye booger's, skin issues and really bad gas. Blue Buffalo claims there has not been any changes in the food but I have changed nothing with them. Was just curious if anyone else feeding this food has had issues? Have been thinking about trying something different and see if their issues go away. I have tried the taste of the wild salmon which they didn't do good on (they were really itchy) but thought I might give the lamb a try.

Do you have a Costco near you?

Most of them carry some kind of grain free salmon and it's way cheaper than the boutique brands. We do have Chester on TOTW lamb, he can't tolerate the fish either. The other two are on salmon.

No Costco near...

They are actually building a tractor supply about 5 minutes away that will be open next month and I know tractor supply normally carries TOTW so will probably try that but was just curious if others were having issues with the blue buffalo.

Yes, Hazel had really bad gas while she was eating the Wilderness Salmon & her ears were still getting junky. After talking to a Blue Buffalo rep at the store, I switched to their Basics Salmon formula and the gas has not been nearly as bad & and there is a significant reduction in ear junk.

We came to the conclusion that it's not all cracked up to be as they say they are.

Yea Gizmo's on the GrainFree Salmon Blue Buffalo - Gas bad !

She can not only clear a room but look so innocent when she does it ! it seems really odd, because we have noticed the odor is very localized -

Gizmo's on my lap, and DANG ! but Dottie is 3 feet away, and doesnt smell a thing (or vice Versa)

She doesnt seem to be having the dry skin issues she had (she actually now feels for lack of better description 'Oily') and she isnt going crazy at her paws like she was on her last food.

I'll have to look into the ToTW and see how that is - the Tractor Supply isnt really local for us though :( and Costco's is even further! LOL

I went and picked up some TOTW lamb today so we will see how they do on it, hoping for less gas and skin issues on this.

I too experienced some problems, but all mine were on Fish and Sweet Potato, they about a month and half ago started with horrible gas, itching, coughing up phlegm,.. I switched them over to the Chicken and Brown Rice and everything has cleared up..also my lil girl's tear stains are almost gone.

Maybe want to try sticking with Blue but a different kind of food
