Another diet question

Looks interesting.
I like the idea of adding it to your own meat. I'm not a fan of potatoes in a dogs diet though, all the other stuff, apples and blue berries and ginger and the greens I see no harm.
They don't have a dealer in Indiana yet.
By being able to give as much or as little as you want seems the way to go.
Does it have to be refrigerated?
If you try it let us know as I'd like to know, even though a raw food place is opening a store front for all types of raw meats and neat stuff.
I liked the duck necks and I want to try some green tripe someday.
