 I copied this from Amy and Sophia because my girl had EXACTLY the same issues.  I did change the food about a week ago and noticed  itching slowly going away till now she is not itching at all.  She feels so much better so wanted to thank you for the advice it has changed her life.  Maybe it won't work for everyone but for me it was worth the try.....

I was having lots of issues with Safari.. Red face after eating. Itchy, watery entropian eyes, itchy legs and paws with lots of red on the front of her legs, and tear stains coming out for the first time. I finally went to the pet food place I buy her NB from and asked them to trade me out for Sweet Potato and Bison. She had her first meal of it Friday night. Today, no itching at all. No watery, entropian eyes (and I mean COMPLETELY gone). No red on her legs and no more licking, licking, licking. Her face isn't red at all. Tear stains are dried up and starting to clear a bit. Amazing, simply amazing.

I suggest you try the same if you are having issues with NB fish.
