Albon math question

I need to mix it to a 5% solution with 250 milligrams of albon to 5 mil liters of liquid.
The gal at the MFA said that was the formula to get the bottle of albon for 6 bucks instead of the 60 it cost at the vet.
HOWEVER I am awful at math-nor do I know what I am to mix it with can anyone help me out??

15g pill of albon = 15000.00 milligrams
Now I want 250 milligrams of albon to 5 milliliters of liquid
15000.00 รท 250 = 60
60 doses times the 5 milliliters of liquid per dose is
300ml......does the math seem to be correct here can anyone tell me?
And can anyone tell me if I should mix with regular water??
