11 1/2 year old English Bulldog - Help Please

Hi Everyone,

My English Bullgdog is 11 and a half years old and has never need fixed. All of the sudden the last couple of days he is acting like my other dog is in heat; my other dog is a male and is fixed. He has never acted like this before and not sure what to do about it.

He is following our other dog around every where he goes and just humping the air. Besides this just being annoying; I'm concerned because he is at a constant hyper state and breathing too heavy; we are having to crate him just to calm him down.

Has anyone ever had this happen? Any clue how I can get it to stop?

I just re-read my post; I apologize for the typos. I have a call in to the vet so hopefully they will have some suggestions for me.

but Lynn King might have some tips or insight. She's a fantastic trainer and excellent resource on dog behaviors and how to modify them. Hopefully she will have something to help!
