Dear all,
This is my first post! I would first like to say how great and informative this website is!

Question: Anyone heard of or have gotten their dog a flu shot? I heard a vet here in town won't treat/board/or groom unless you get the dog the $40 shot....any one know if this is a good idea or not?
I saw this type of dog food today while looking for something to switch my boys to. Has anyone tried it or heard of it?
Thanks
So I know the heat index is alwasy an issue with bullies, how about cold temps? Josie goes everywhere with me and stays in the truck (she has the back seat all to herself) and my concern is it does get cold, but how cold is too cold? Thanks T & J
What is the best box/container/etc. to bring new born puppies home from the vet? I have heard a box with a hot water bottle under bedding, just a cozy box. Just curious what others have used.
Anybody else's bullie shedding like crazy this time of year? I pinch some of his coat and a lot of hair easily comes right off. Is this normal or are we missing something in his diet? We're currently feeding Natural Balance (Chicken)..
Thanks.
Our 9 month old little guy has been waking up in the morning with a lot of congestion and phlegm. We read on here that some of you give your bullies a squeeze of lemon juice to help release the phlegm and that does help. But for the past 2 nights he has been throwing up in the middle of the night. It is kind of a clear, foamy throw up along with full pieces of food being as we don't chew all our food when we eat. We feel it is related to the extreme congestion but are unsure.
If the head tremors are stopped after giving a simple sugar, then he needs more complex sugars in his diet so that his blood glucose levels don't peak and drop. If he didn't have the tremors on his food when being fed "x" amount, then go ahead and feed him as you normally would do.
can anyone explain it to me?
Just VERY curious...
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Our 1.5 year old bulldog has recently started "snorting", as humans would do when they have a lot of junk in their noses and they're snorting it in. I'm having a hard time explaining it -- but it sounds like the noise a pig would make. He'll do it several times in a row and I notice he does it most in the morning. What is this, and what can I do? Anything? Thanks in advance for any help!
