Where are the exceptions he is talking about? He says there are common sense loopholes for out of state people, I haven't seen that. It's so typical of politicians, he has the soapbox, he has the forum, so he can say anything he wants at this late date and accuse breeders of whatever he wants, without giving us the time or forum to reply. If his position is the only one available to the public, his bill will pass. This whole thing is making me sicker by the day, and yes, I've written, emailed, signed petitions. I can't imagine how frustrated the California breeder public must be.
