1. Can enter my home and premisis without a search warrant 2. Can deprive me of the full use and enjoyment of my property 3. I need a business license, tax license, breeder permit, intact permit, and any other "oh what the hell" permit to produce my 1 litter every 3 or 4 years when I would like something to show. 4. If someone leaves my gate open, or if a part of my fence comes down in a storm, my show bitch/dog is automatically spayed or neutered if he/she escapes. If she is in whelp at the time, the litter is aborted. If the litter is not aborted, the government seizes the progeny and disposes of them as they see fit. I am sure they would take great care of her and make sure she has a C-Section and the staff would be delighted to handle the 24/7 feedings and be sure the incubator is regulated properly. 5. Puppy mills/brokers are exempt again...I can keep my dogs in little wire cages for their whole lives and that's okay, because I HAVE THE RIGHT LICENSES AND PERMITS. 6. My dogs better not bark at anyone while they are in their yard, bacause they will be seized for aggresive behavior and/or annoying someone...oh, that's right, they never go in the yard because they need to be in little wire cages in the locked shed...silly me. 7. If i want to buy a dog from someone...I probably would need additional licenses, permits, tax numbers, etc.
Thank you Jennifer for your dedication and alertness to these issues! Diana

There is a reason my parents moved our family OUT of California.
That's horrible.
