We are in the learning stages and our babies are growing fast and doing well. They are 9 and 8 months old- Bella & Bruno. I am in the process of researching Kennel Clubs to become members of and learning what I need to do to get them into training for show. I am not too sure where to start so if anyone can help please let me know. Thanks and happy to become a part of the commumnity!

Beautiful bullie you got! I didnt think you could start so soon. They are gorgeous dogs though. Would be nice if you lived near by but I will take all the info and advice I can get. There is a wonderful collection here of both newbies and for lack of better word oldies that can really guide you along or even walk along beside you 
Its a great hobby and you can involve your whole family. You are on the right track by searching out the right kennel club and also another fantastic option is to find a mentor.... most people use thier breeder as a mentor but if you dont live nearby, there are probably a few on this board that might be able to give you some great in depth guidance. Dogshows are both exciting and disappointing so be sure you have your thick skin on and an open mind.....you will learn somthing new at every turn

Welcome to this wonderful board! I'm new to this in 2009 myself. My 2 puppies are almost 8 and 9 months as well! We just started showing them at 6 months old and have learned a lot and have had a lot of fun. There are very helpful people on this board, so don't hesitate to ask even the silliest questions! I've learned so much here!

We are in Odessa, TX. Not sure if we have any clubs here but will start looking. Mom and Dad are from Amarillo, TX and I need to request all the info..but parent were Ch. and awesome. I just learning so not too sure what all is what yet. Thanks for the link and info really appreciate it! :}

Your best bet to finding a Bulldog Club is to go to www.thebca.org and check out the clubs near you. Where abouts are you located? Who are your puppies out of? Momma and Daddy? Again, welcome to the madness.
