SittingBullies Brags

Well, we had a busy day of showing today--but lots of fun--and definitely put the bullies in the spotlight. It always surprises people to see bullies, especially in the advanced OB/rally classes, and when they are gung-ho in the ring they just can't believe it I had my three entered in six classes at my training club trials, so it kept me hopping quite well for several hours...fortunately everything coordinated amazingly well.

Chubbs started off the morning with Utility A--not a qualifying performance, but it's starting to click and I don't think it'll be too long till she starts working the exercises consistently. The judge said she definitely deserved the "cuteness" award--we really had her smiling

Next Chubbs did a great job in the Rally Excellent B ring, earning her 2nd leg as well as a 3rd place. Pip followed her lead and earned HER 2nd Rally Advanced leg, along with a 4th place in her class.

Chubbs then had her THIRD time in the ring with Open B, and she was getting a bit tired, but pulled off a very decent score of 192.5 nonetheless.

Pip & Gabe finished the day with Novice B and pulled off some decent performances as well--however The Pipster anticpated the recall so was disqualified (the judge said I probably could have done a quick signal and pulled it off ) Oh well. 10 month old Gabe was a bit distracted in the ring, not heeling to his usual potential, but his other work was near perfect and he actually surprised me by earning a very nice score of 192.5 for his 2nd CD leg! So he and his Mom will both be looking for that final leg and a new CD title next time out--which is a couple weeks away.

Think I may go to bed now...and I get an EXTRA hour of sleep tonight, which will feel good!

Congrats~

I love to read how well you do in the OB ring with the Bullies.

CONGRATULATIONS
