Hi all,
If you live near Seattle and you're looking for something fun to do with your dog this weekend, come on down to Magnuson Park and visit the Canine Festival hosted by Sirius About Dogs. All dog lovers and their dogs are welcome!
The event takes place from 10:00am to 5:00pm and features four NCA (National Canine Association) dog shows, all-breed fun match, specialty breed matches, junior showmanship, obedience/rally run-throughs, AKC Canine Good Citizen testing, microchipping, seminars, demonstrations, vendors and breed education booths. Parking and admission are free, although donations are appreciated.
The Bulldog Club of Greater Seattle will be there both days hosting a breed education booth and they will be hosting a Bulldog fun match on Sunday at 1:00pm. The match is open to all Bulldogs at least 3 months of age and up for only $5 per entry. It's the perfect, casual environment to learn all about how dog shows work. We encourage everyone to give it a try!
