Thanks for turning me on to it Shelly..The pups loved it and did well and Gabbie looked great the whole time too..she only had the 2 pups but still I think it helped a great deal.

Eating she will be fine, food also makes milk. Try feeding her after each feeding of the pups, thats what I do. And that K9 Puppy Gold is awesome stuff, worth getting some.

Kim has been feeding boiled chicken and rice on top of kibbles, but we haven't been using canned chicken broth. I should of predicted this as Belle doesn't drink much to begin with. Even in hot weather, she rarely pants or drinks..Normally that is a good thing except for times like these.. I fed her a 1/2 can chicken broth to three cans of water last night just to get the extra liquids in her. She drank it with no hesitations. We are also going to mix pedialyte in with her water. Just waiting for my wife to bring it home.
It's always something isn't it? The babies are doing great. I have been toping them off with formula to keep them satisfied. None have a problem taking it. This actually has been a pretty easy litter with the exception of Belle not drinking much. I appreciate all the good advise!
