Prenatal Vitamin - Question!

What % of Folic Acid should i be looking in the prenatal vitamin to be sure she is getting enough Folic Acid.
Also, when should cranberry pills be given during her pregnancy?
Is there anything else i might be missing?

More articles we recommend:
1 per day dont need more, as some
vitamins in it are fat soluable and you can overdose.

I just use OTC prenatal vitamins and 2 folic acid
pills.
YOu can get them at costco. on another forum one of the breeders uses Aquaban the last week for water retention, im going to try that this time.
